Miss Phausha Winklaar
Honored to be born on this eclectic island known as sun shine city, better yet the melting pot of the Caribbean.I am 19 years of age Ms. Phausha Winklaar. Trustworthy, Loving, Ambitious are words that most describes my characteristics.
I am trustworthy because i believe trust is the foundation to every friendship and relationship, with out trust nothing can grow after that.
I am loving because my family is a extremely tight native family and one of our characteristics is that we love each other dearly as we love ourselves, i have picked up on that value through my family nonetheless we call it “Tough Love”
and I am ambitious because my siblings and many other pupils that look up to me which motivates me therefor i know where i came from and i know where i am going because i am Trustworthy, Loving and Ambitious.
At 5"8' i stand tall with big dreams, big goals and an unrelenting drive to reach them all.
My future aspiration My career goal is to become a midwife and then to own my practice.
This exciting drive i have for my dreams will take me to curacao and the Netherlands to pursue my studies and ultimately return home to contribute to my island. Being a midwife entails me guiding women through maternity, and educating the community in general about prenatal care. Therefore, my platform during my reign as Miss St. Maarten is the empowerment and educational development of our youth!”
My hobbies are none other than Modeling and that is one of my biggest hobbies, I've been doing so as of the age of 14. I also enjoy writing poetry, drawing, spending time with family and tapping into my creativity while experiencing new things.”
Pageantry and modeling isn't something new that I have recently engage into. I have been driven into the field of modeling since I've been able to walk in heels. I know the super model and beauty queen was in me. With that being said allow me to enlighten you about my previous titles. I Quote: “I do not believe being a queen means that you are a perfect superwoman but you are a human being trying to make a difference 1 person at a time.”
